Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing information, registering for, or enrolling in any training or services provided by PROFESSIONAL ORGANISER TRAINING by Heavenly Order

Use of Services
Our training is designed to provide education, guidance, and practical frameworks for professional organising. Outcomes will vary depending on individual effort, experience, and application.
You agree to use all materials and training content for personal or business use only and not to reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without written permission.
Intellectual Property
All training materials, frameworks, systems, and content provided by PROFESSIONAL ORGANISER TRAINING by Heavenly Order remain the intellectual property of Heavenly Order.
You may not copy, reproduce, repurpose, or teach this material in part or whole without prior written consent.
Course Participation
For in-person training, you agree to:
Arrive on time and participate respectfully
Follow any safety instructions provided
Take responsibility for your own wellbeing during the course
We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. No refund will be provided in such cases.
Course Changes or Cancellation
We make every effort to deliver training as scheduled. However, we reserve the right to change or cancel a course at any time.
If a course is changed or cancelled:
Where payment has been received, we will offer a transfer to an alternative date
If no suitable alternative is available, a refund will be issued
We are not liable for any travel, accommodation, or associated costs.
Bookings & Transfers
Course bookings are non-transferable to another person unless agreed in writing.
Requests to transfer to another course date will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances change. Refunds are provided as follows:
90+ days’ notice: 80% refund of course fee
60–89 days’ notice: 50% refund
Less than 60 days’ notice: No refund
No refunds are provided for change of mind.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Professional Organiser Training by Heavenly Order is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from participation in training or use of materials.
Participants are responsible for how they apply the information provided.

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services immediately, without notice, if these Terms are breached.
