This course is for you if:

• You’ve completed Absolute Beginners and are ready for the next step

• You want to get it right with clients from the start

• You’re unsure how to run a session in someone else’s home

• You want to provide a professional, structured service

• You don’t know what to take, when to take it, or how to use it

Over the day, you’ll cover:

• How to set your clients up for success from the first interaction

• What to look for when you first walk into a client’s home

• Managing expectations (yours and theirs)

• What to take to a job and when to use it

• Setting clear boundaries in a professional way

• How to estimate time and charge appropriately

Each topic builds on the one before, giving you a practical framework you can use immediately.

Training is delivered in small groups (maximum 8), allowing for focused discussion around the types of clients you want to work with and the services you will offer. You will work through real examples and scenarios so you can see how this works in practice.

This training is delivered by Sarah Cottman — a highly experienced Professional Organiser who has worked with clients for over 20 years and trained organisers internationally.

She has also appeared as the Organising Consultant on the Logie Award–winning TV show The Living Room, and Space Invaders, alongside Peter Walsh.
