Next Step, Working with Clients, is for Professional Organisers who have just started out and have little to some experience. It has been designed to equip you with all the right tools you need to establish great working relationships for you & your clients.

This 1 Day Intensive course comprises of 6 modules that are taught at our easy to find training venues in London as well as Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Canberra & Auckland.

Each module builds on the one before and we include role play:

  1. Set your clients up for success
  2. Assessing your clients
  3. Managing client expectations
  4. Essential 'kit' items
  5. Boundaries, yours & your clients
  6. Estimating time & charges

Each course is facilitated by Sarah Cottman. She is an Accredited Expert Professional Organiser with years of experience organising clients as well as teaching and mentoring new and experienced organisers. She will teach you practical & efficient ways to organise you & your clients!

The course comes with our 'Professional Organiser Training' Manual . The fee for this one day intensive Training Course is £599.00. and includes morning & afternoon tea as well as a light lunch and fun!

The doors open at 8:45am with registration for 9:00am start and concludes at 4:30pm. 

Upon conclusion, you will be presented with our PROFESSIONAL ORGANISER TRAINING by Heavenly Order Certificate, which can be used when applying for Accreditation in some countries.
